Services Offered Benchmark Pattern is a full service prototype and production pattern shop. We specialize in, but are not limited to, sand cast and permanent mold tooling. Companies rely on us to design and manufacture their tooling with precision and efficiency. We offer cost effective solutions while maintaining the highest of standards. Benchmark can take your project from concept, through design, to the finished machined part. Staff The Benchmark Pattern staff includes designers trained in Solidworks and Pro-Engineer, CNC Operators, Quality Technicians, production and support crew. Our staff of nine full time and two part time employees has over one hundred year's foundry, patternmaking and machining experience. Type of Tooling and Materials We at Benchmark Pattern are experienced in a wide variety of foundry tooling and CNC machining. We can convert 2D prints to 3D models or work with supplied 3D models. After models are checked and completed to meet your requirements the tooling will then be machined in specified materials. We have all the resources necessary to complete your projects. From modeling, to machining, to rigging and gating. Our staff has worked with steels, irons, plastic and wood. We have mounted patterns on Disa, Hunter, Herman, Mold boards, B-P and BMD plates. Our core box experience includes shell U180s, Redfords, SCB-9 and U150s. In isocure we have made top blows, U150's, U180's and Demler core boxes.
